Understanding Wills for Peace of Mind and Asset Distribution

Which type of will is suitable for you?

Single Will (Standard Will)

A will created for an individual to specify how their estate should be managed and distributed after their death.

Mirror Will

Typically created for couples, where both wills are identical, leaving assets to each other or to the same beneficiaries

Trust Will (Discretionary Trust Will)

Includes provisions to create a trust to manage assets for beneficiaries, offering flexibility and potential tax benefits. Commonly used where children are of a younger age and are not able to manage their inheritance themselves.
